We Are Making Room for More Changed Lives

Make Room is a church-wide journey that invites us to align our lives with God’s heart and create space for Him to move. As we explore the biblical principle of honor, we believe that when we honor God and others through our lives and generosity, we make room for His blessing and Kingdom impact—both personally and as a church.

This season also marks a significant step forward for Northplace through the Make Room capital campaign, a long-term commitment to make room for more changed lives. As our church continues to grow and more people encounter Jesus, we are expanding our capacity, strengthening our Next Gen ministries, and creating environments where people can experience transformational community and live with compassion.

To do what?

1. Updating Seating

As our Sachse Campus continues to grow, we're committed to creating a worship environment that welcomes everyone who walks through our doors. Currently, our auditorium has reached capacity during multiple services, with families unable to sit together and first-time guests struggling to find seats. By updating and reconfiguring our seating, we'll increase capacity while improving comfort, making room for everyone God is bringing to Northplace.

2. Facility Expansion

As we continue to see growth at our Sachse Campus, we need flexible space that can adapt to our community's needs throughout the week. This new facility expansion will provide immediate relief on Sunday mornings by serving as an overflow room when our main auditorium reaches capacity, ensuring no one is turned away during worship services. Beyond Sundays, this multi-purpose venue will become a hub for life-changing discipleship, hosting everything from small groups and Bible studies to youth gatherings, community events, and ministry training sessions that equip our people to live out their faith with impact.

3. Parking Lot Expansion

One of the most practical ways we can welcome people into our church family is by making it easy for them to get here. By expanding our parking lot to add 160 additional spaces, we're removing barriers for families, elderly members, and first-time visitors, ensuring everyone can arrive ready to worship without the stress of finding a place to park.
