We all carry something. No matter how put-together life looks on the outside, every one of us has wounds, fears, and struggles running beneath the surface. For some, that pain becomes an addiction. For others, it becomes isolation, shame, or a need to control everything. The ways we cope are as different as we are. But the need for healing? That's something we all share. Whether you're in the middle of a crisis or just sensing there's something deeper holding you back, re:generation is for you.

re:generation (re:gen) is a 12-step, Christ-centered discipleship program that walks through biblical principles within the safety of community. re:gen exists to help people find lasting freedom from sinful patterns and the pain beneath them. This is a place where honesty is welcome and grace is always the response.
Whatever has you stuck, you don't have to stay there. Come as you are. God loves you, He sees you, and He has something better for you.
Re:generation has gathered more information about common problems people seek help with on Monday nights. Below you will find more information about these problems, and what it looks like to find hope and healing.
