This Christmas at Northplace, we’ll journey through the wonder and extravagance of Advent—discovering how the birth of Jesus is the most extravagant gift God’s ever given. In Christmas, the light of Christ breaks into the darkness, not because we reached for Him, but because He came for us and drew near. Heaven stepped toward humanity with grace, healing, peace, and love we could never deserve.
Throughout the month, our weekend services will help us celebrate the joy and hope of Christ’s arrival, while also giving space to reflect on the wonder and majesty of God with us. Alongside our regular gatherings, there are two key experiences we want you and your family to be part of!
A joyful, holiday celebration for the whole family to celebrate the wonder of Christmas joy! This day will be an elevated experience full of powerful worship, storytelling, and moments that bring us to the wonder and joy of Christ’s extravagant entrance into our story. From Northplace Kids to our worship experience, this day will be a special Christmas experience full of magical moments holiday joy.
A sacred, intimate gathering where we slow down to remember the holy night where humanity received its most extravagant gift. Through Scripture, carols, candlelight, and worship, we’ll make space to breathe, to ponder, and to receive again the peace and presence of Christ. We’ll also be having a beautiful and age-appropriate experience in Northplace Kids so that the entire family can participate in the beauty of Christmas Eve. This day is a meaningful tradition for individuals and families to end the season with stillness, worship, awe, and wonder.
